PJACK Employment Agency Center was established in 2023 in Hong Kong's Kwun Tong District, co-founded by a former bank analyst and an Indonesian professional with extensive experience in the employment sector. Leveraging precise data analytics and deep insights into Indonesia's labor market, combined with expertise in local cultural norms and employment regulations, we have developed a unique "Intelligent Matching + Humanized Care" service model.  

We pioneered an “18-Hour Live Emergency & Inquiry Hotline”, breaking traditional industry service hours to provide round-the-clock support for urgent employer queries and rapid matching. To ensure access to high-quality candidates, we collaborate with 6 specialized Indonesian training schools, sourcing domestic helpers skilled in elderly & new born care, household management, and multilingual communication. Our tailored matching system addresses specific employer needs while offering end-to-end support—from document processing to post-arrival adaptation in Hong Kong.
