Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in the "Hire With Confidence Scheme" (the "Scheme") offered by PJack Employment Agency Center ("the Agency"). By signing the service agreement and paying the Scheme fee, the Employer agrees to be bound by the following terms:

1. Scheme Overview & Fee
• Scheme Fee: A one-off promotional payment of HK$4,500.
• Inclusions: The fee covers all agency service standard administrative items as specified in the Agency's official price list, including documentation, processing fees, and mandatory local orientation (where applicable).
• Exclusions: The Scheme fee EXCLUDES all airfare costs. The Employer shall be solely responsible for purchasing and paying for any necessary one-way or round-trip air tickets for both the original and replacement Domestic Helper.

2. Coverage Period (Validity)
• The Scheme is valid for a period of one (1) year (365 days), commencing strictly from the date the Domestic Helper officially arrives and reports for duty at the Employer’s residence ("Check-in Date").

3. Eligibility of Helpers
• The Scheme is applicable to all categories of Foreign Domestic Helpers processed by the Agency, including but not limited to:
◦ Indonesian Domestic Helpers (Overseas & Local Finished Contract)
◦ Filipino Domestic Helpers (Overseas & Local Finished Contract)

4. Replacement Guarantee & Conditions
• Under this Scheme, the Employer is entitled to one (1) replacement helper guarantee within the 1-year coverage period, unconditionally.
• Eligible replacement circumstances include, but are not limited to:
◦ The helper terminates the contract or goes missing / runs away (abscondment).
◦ The Employer is dissatisfied with the helper's performance or work quality.
◦ The helper does not get along with the Employer or family members.
◦ Sudden changes in the helper's personal/medical circumstances rendering them unfit for duty.
• The Employer may choose a replacement helper of any category/nationality processed by the Agency, subject to candidate availability.

5. Refund Policy
• The Scheme fee of HK$4,500 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, under any
circumstances, including but not limited to the early termination of the service by the Employer, or if no
replacement is initiated before the expiration of the 1-year coverage period.

6. General Declarations
• All visa applications are subject to final approval by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. The Agency shall not be held liable for any processing delays or visa rejections caused by immigration policy shifts or individual candidate records.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of PJack Employment Agency Center shall be final and binding.
